The Role:
As a Management Consultant at Graphext, you will play a key role in transforming revenue operations (RevOps) by leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You will take ownership of the entire customer journey, from identifying strategic goals to driving measurable value across industries. Beyond driving adoption of Graphext’s platform, you will also be responsible for the delivery and project management of the services we offer to our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the first member of a new services team that you will be in charge of growing and leading, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will work closely with our Data Science, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and innovation across our service offerings.
The work you’ll do:
Identify & Frame Value
- Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into impactful AI and data-driven use cases, with a focus on optimizing revenue operations.
- Develop demos and business cases that highlight the value of AI in improving lead scoring, reducing churn, and driving better customer outcomes.
- Lead Value Assessments and communicate strategic roadmaps to C-level executives, showcasing how Graphext can enable business transformation.
Realize Value
- Conduct business value workshops to identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven enhancements within RevOps.
- Use Graphext’s platform to recommend and implement improvement measures for lead scoring, churn reduction, and other core revenue processes.
- Lead the delivery and execution of services, ensuring timely implementation and meeting client expectations.
- Present results and realized value to senior management and executives, demonstrating the business impact of the implemented changes.
Scale Value
- Oversee the end-to-end customer value journey, focusing on driving adoption, expansion, and renewal strategies to embed Graphext’s platform into the client’s revenue operations.
- Manage the successful delivery of services, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Collaborate with our Data Science, Sales, and Product teams to develop new use cases, improve service delivery, and drive innovation in our offerings.
- Create a roadmap for continuous improvement in lead management, churn prediction, and customer retention using Graphext’s AI-driven insights.
- Lead and grow the services team, recruiting new members and shaping the team’s vision as the business scales.
The qualifications you need:
- Customer Value Focus: Proven experience in roles focused on securing business value through data analysis, process improvement, or SaaS/Software deployments, preferably in RevOps or customer-facing roles.
- RevOps Expertise: Valuable experience in projects combining churn prediction or lead scoring models, and understanding how to apply AI to optimize the full revenue lifecycle.
- Project Management & Service Delivery: Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of client services, ensuring projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations. Experience managing project timelines, scopes, and expectations in complex environments.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading or growing teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with experience in preparing and presenting roadmaps and results to senior stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with business software, SaaS applications (e.g., CRM, ERP), and familiarity with data analytics tools (Python, SQL, BI Tools, Dashboards).
- Process Optimization: Expertise in identifying use cases for process optimization and guiding clients through successful change initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the RevOps domain and how AI can be used to drive business growth, improve forecasting, and enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Education: Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
